Abzac
The European packaging technology and process fair took place on September 27, 28 and 29 in Nuremberg, Germany. For this new edition, the Abzac group was there.
The FachPack fair brings together players in the packaging industry, users and business partners. During 3 days, many people came to discuss about trends and innovations in the packaging industry.
The main topic was centered on “Transition is Packaging”, a subject at the heart of environmental issues. Today consumers ask for sustainability and product quality more than ever, this is why every industry must change its way it creates, manufactures and sells.
Among the topics that animated the show were the circular economy, digitization and e-commerce. With the spread of covid 19, emphasis has also been placed on product protection and hygiene. Finally, online shopping and the delivery service are topics that have been discussed.
The ecological transition is not only a real challenge for the planet, it is also and above all great opportunity for change for each industry.
Abzac was delighted to participate in the FachPack show in Germany, it was an opportunity for us to show our products directly related to the theme of this edition. Indeed, the theme particularly echoes the profession of Abzac. It is in our identity and our DNA to design and manufacture ecological industrial packaging solutions.
By presenting cardboard, our primary resource, we were able to show its versatility, its capacity for innovation and its reliability. Indeed, the cardboard drum is a real alternative to the metal or plastic drum. Abzac’s technology and innovation reduce the weight of packaging and the use of resources, which have a high carbon impact.
We were happy to be able to discuss with each of the visitors and partners. Many of you were able to leave with concrete solutions to participate in the ecological transition by choosing to change their industrial packaging.
